How is my order packaged for shipping?

All orders are vacuum-sealed for freshness and packed in a heavy-duty insulated cooler with dry ice or gel packs to ensure your meat and seafood arrive at the perfect temperature.

When can I expect my delivery?

We ship Monday through Thursday via FedEx. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. We pride ourselves on sourcing the highest quality Wagyu, USDA Prime beef, and seafood. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

What is the best way to thaw my steaks?

For the best flavor and texture, we recommend thawing your meat slowly in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours. For quicker thawing, you can place the vacuum-sealed package in a cold water bath.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

Because we process orders quickly to ensure freshness, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of the order being placed.

What does 'USDA Prime' actually mean?

USDA Prime is the highest grade of beef given by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. It represents the top 2-3% of all beef produced in the US, characterized by abundant marbling and superior tenderness.
