Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Bison Filet is to simply pan sear it! Set your pan over medium-high heat. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Bison Filet should be pan-seared over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees fahrenheit. Bison filets should not be over cooked and typically cooked to medium - medium/rare.
