Domestic Lamb Loin (Porterhouse) Chops (2 Per Pack) (8oz)

Each one of Second City Prime's Domestic Lamb Porterhouse Chops is cut at approximately two inches thick - resembling that of a porterhouse steak. Be ready to be taken on a rollercoaster of flavors! On one side you'll get your strip and the other a filet. These lamb loin chops may seem small but don't be fooled by their size because each chop is so rich that the average eater only needs one or two! We suggest coating these with 'The Rub' and topping it off with a homemade rosemary creme fraiche.

All Second City Prime Steak & Seafood Company products come individually vacuum sealed and frozen - guaranteed in your freezer for 6-12 months.

Cut:

The Loin

Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Domestic Lamb Porterhouse Chops is to sear them in a hot skillet! Add a bit of butter, lemon, and thyme for a decadent pan sauce. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: Lamb Porterhouse Chops should be seared in a hot skillet for about 15 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees fahrenheit.

Wine Pairing:

Cabernet Sauvignon
